We firmly believe in the superior quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made on our website, you have the option to return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund of the purchase price, the returned item(s) must be accompanied by a Return Product Authorization (RPA) number. Additionally, items being returned must show minimal usage, with no more than 20% use, to be eligible for a refund. This condition ensures that refunds are provided only for products that have genuinely not met our customers' expectations.

 

Apparel

For apparel returns:

  • Apparel items must remain unworn and unwashed, with no signs of stains or wear.
  • All original labels must remain attached for the return to be accepted.
  • The item must be returned in its original undamaged packaging.
  • All tags must still be attached.
  • Please note that all items undergo thorough inspection before any further steps are taken.

 

Must Return an item with (RPA#)

Return Product Authorization (RPA) number must first be obtained by contacting us at info@rehabsupps.com

Please allow up to 24hrs for a response time for RPA request Mon-Friday. Requests received on the weekend and/or Holiday will be handled on the next business day.   

 

Bad Address

Rehab Supplements Lab bears no responsibility for lost orders resulting from customer-provided incorrect addresses, encompassing errors such as incorrect apartment or house numbers, streets, and so forth. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate before finalizing your order. Additionally, Rehab Supplements Lab cannot be held liable for unclaimed or refused orders..

 

International Shipping

You are responsible for taxes and laws imposed by your country. You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Failure to collect parcel from foreign postal administration is direct responsibility of the purchaser. Any returned package purchaser will be held responsible for shipping costs to and from final destination.

 

Before returning, please ensure:

  • All returning supplements must be less than 20% used to qualify for refund.
  • Pack the item/s securely in the package along with RPA# written inside the box.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer. We cannot accept Cash On Delivery parcels.

In all cases refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase.
